Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Officer - Vsip2A

Job Summary: This position ensures the company's compliance with Quality (ISO 9001:2015) and Environmental (ISO 14001:2015) standards. It involves document control, external/customer audits, management system effectiveness, and overseeing workplace safety and health. Duties and Responsibilities: Primary (70-80%): Implement and uphold Quality and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 9001 & 14001). Analyze HSE legal compliance, reporting issues to management. Collaborate with external parties (auditors, customers, government) to meet requirements. Troubleshoot daily document and operations issues across departments. Manage records, archives, and document control procedures. Oversee environmental operations (wastewater treatment, waste management). Ensure facility maintenance and support upgrades. Monitor and maintain workplace safety in line with relevant laws and OSH regulations. Secondary (20-30%): Coordinate audit certifications with external firms, customers, and government agencies. Help present audit results to management. Lead quarterly meetings and provide training on QMS/EMS. Manage office supplies inventory. Liaise with external service providers (pest control, cleaning, etc.). Organize yearly Management Review Meetings for QMS/EMS. Facilitate internal audits and improvement plans. Collaboration: Work closely with all company departments. Authority: Instruct corrective action when QMS/EMS/Safety/Health deviations are found. Approve waste collection and environmental testing.

Required Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Safety and Health principles. Excellent communication for interactions at all levels. Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Desirable Qualifications: University degree in Environment and Labor Safety or similar. 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
