Summary of Job Description

This role focuses on ensuring product quality and delivering technical support to customers. Responsibilities include handling customer complaints through the CXI (Customer Experience Improvement) process, investigating product-related issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. The position plays a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in product performance and reliability.

Job Descriptions

Major Duties

• Support Dealers/other sections in solving technical issues

• Handle customers’ complaints with Dealers

• Handle product quality with Dealers & Mitsubishi Motors Corporation

• Instruct Dealers to improve service quality knowledge and skills

Minor Duties

• Hold techline meeting with Dealers

• Issue techline news

• Follow up techline KPI

• Release Technical Service Letter (TSL) to Dealers

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology/Engineering

• Experience: Having at least 3 years of experience in car maintenance

• Knowledge: Automotive Technology & Maintenance, Automotive Business

• Skills:

 English: good English communication skills, and can read & understand automotive materials

 Driving license B2: can drive for business trip

 Presentation and Microsoft Office skills

• Others:

 Love vehicles, instruction jobs, etc. with supportive manner

 Interested in car technology and after sales service
