Quality Management Supervisor

Purpose of the Job:

• Accountable for ensuring the implementation of company quality policies and programs to meet corporate objectives and external requirements.

• Ensure Work System Standardization (WSS) is continuously maintained and improved in compliance with Group quality systems.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manage the Quality System process discipline, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all operations.

• Troubleshoot quality issues and lead yield monitoring and improvement activities.

• Conduct risk assessments for the Quality Management System (QMS) to minimize detection and control risks.

• Develop and update procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations and company standards.

• Promote and improve quality awareness among production employees through training and guidance.

• Document all quality-related issues, coordinate problem-solving activities, and report progress to management.

• Identify and implement improvements to existing procedures, monitor adherence to process standards, and gather metrics for continuous quality improvement.

• Perform work analysis and recommend actions to enhance overall quality performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering position within an electronics manufacturing environment.

Solid knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

Good command of English and strong communication skills.

Proven ability to lead and drive projects effectively.

Strong prioritization skills, able to work under pressure with a self-motivated and proactive attitude.
