Quality Management System Executive (Binh Duong Province)

· Supervise the implementation of the Quality & Environmental Management System.

· Establish and maintain the Quality & Environmental Management system in accordance with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards.

· Regularly analyze compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and report any deficiencies to management.

· Assist in reporting the performance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS), and ensure compliance with external, customer, and government agency requirements by conducting audits.

· Act as a liaison with other departments and production teams to resolve day-to-day issues related to documentation and operations.

· Establish and maintain a filing and archiving system for all records and documents. Serve as the document controller for all written procedures, documentation, and records used.

· Ensure smooth operation of the EMS components, such as the Wastewater Treatment Plant and the management of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes, by monitoring operations and maintaining records.

Desirable:

Graduation from the University of Environment and Labor Safety or a relevant field of study.

1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Required:

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, safety, and health standards.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively handle and resolve recurring issues.

Proficiency in quality management systems, specifically ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS.

Fluent in both spoken and written English.
