1. Responding to overseas Customer complaints.
2. Analysis of defective samples from the client company. .
3. Handling customer claims and organizing internal attributes
4. Responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of a product or service
Job requirements
- University graduated
- More than 10 years of experience in CS related to LED PKG,
- Vehicle electronic components and electronic components.
- Have experience in quality assurance and analysis
- Korean ability to communicate smoothly with overseas customers or English ability to communicate smoothly with overseas customers
