Job description
Responsible for organizing technical research within the designated product range, planning and organizing the implementation of quality improvement programs, solving quality problems, providing technical guidance and technical training for the department and other departments, reviewing inspection reports, and providing technical services to customers.
I. Quality support and control
1. Quality support Job:
- Responsible for making and revise GWI ,check list report format and other technical documents of specified products or specified client
- Provide training and support to related customer service
- Solve the technical question from client
2. Inspection guidance:
- Check inspection documents before inspection( Including PO, inspection
application ,client email. Technical documents and so on)
- Provide inspection training and technical support to inspector when necessary
- Answer the question from on site inspector
- For special case, go to factory to perform inspection
3. Report review: Check all report accuracy and complete when inspector send back report
II. Confirm quotation ( Man-day) for every order:
- Complete quotation rule about different product
- Confirm final quotation of every order,(need to use client special quote standard to provide when necessary)
- For high quotation, need to check with Chinese QM leader
III. Training and assessment
1. Assessment: Need to assess new inspector to pass probation, and unnoticed audit for inspector
2. Training --Provide technical training to inspector /Customer service/ sales about basic inspection knowledge when necessary
Finish other task from team leader
Job requirements
- Graduated from university in industrial management / business administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years working in the third party inspection company
- Understanding of relevant industry standards, regulations, and inspection methodologies. Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and quality assurance principles is essential.
- Skills: analysis, communication, organization.
- Abilities: Problem-Solving, Teamwork and Collaboration, Adaptability and Flexibility, Continuous Improvement Mindset.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must. Mandarin Chinese as second/additional language is preferrable
