Job Description

- Effectively manage the resources assigned by the Company to develop and implement the company's strategies and goals for Food Safety & Quality (CL & Food Safety) for Beer or Beverage product.
- Ensure the development and effective application of food safety and quality management systems that meet statutory, customer and company requirements
- Ensuring the implementation of OGSM-oriented implementation and achieving established targets (KPIs) for quality and food safety management, towards customer satisfaction, consumer satisfaction, and real hygiene and safety Products.
- The decision to import or refuse to import raw materials is based on the testing criteria and standards of the Company.
- Order to suspend the use of raw materials when there is doubt of quality assurance
- Make a record of violations on the preservation and use of raw materials in contravention of regulations and request related departments to fix them.
- Recommend rewarding, disciplining staff in the department

Job Requirements

- At least 8 years leadership experience in QA, QC, at least 5 years experiences in Beverage Field.
- Experience with raw or processed agricultural and fishery products is an advantage
- Fomal Qualifications in the following are essential:
ISO 9001 - Quality Management Systems
ISO 22000 - Food Safety Management Systems
HACCP- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
Vietnam legislation on food safety & quality, commercial product quality
