Quality Manager (Can Go On Business Trip In Italy For 3 Months)

- Understanding and complying with the usage and marking requirements of compulsory product certification/CQC voluntary certification, conditions of cancellation, suspension and withdrawal, to ensure certificates and marks are used properly.

- In charge of supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards

- Establish Flow Process Chart (FPC), Control Plan (CP) for new model. Review/Update when necessary.

- Discover Supplier Quality Manual and Customer-specific requirements with each Customer.

- Work with New Model Department to prepare and submit PPAP package to Customer

- Follow Initial Control of new model.

- Prepare/follow items for External Audits (Certificate Body of IATF, homologation…)

- Solve Customer Claim (receive information from customers, coordinate other depts to find out root cause/ corrective actions, prepare report, submit to customer).

- Control Internal/ External changing point.

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or related fields.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred).

- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, 8D.

- Good problem-solving, planning, and teamwork skills.

- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

- Capable of working in an international environment and willing to travel abroad.
