Quality Manager (Germany Company – Located in Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park – Haiphong)

JOB OBJECTIVES / AGREEMENT ON OBJECTIVES

As Quality Manager, you are fully responsible for Quality Management at RRC Power Solutions Vietnam. You ensure robust production quality, effective quality systems, and continuous improvement in close cooperation with production, engineering, suppliers, and headquarters.

Your role combines operational quality leadership, system responsibility, and international inter-face management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Overall responsibility for Quality Management in Vietnam

• Implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of global QM strategies

• Ensuring stable and compliant production processes with high quality output

• Responsibility for quality control gates (IQC, IPQC, OQC) and their consistent application

• Control and monitoring of product manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards

• Supplier quality management, including inspection requirements for raw materials and inter-mediate products in coordination with technical departments (RRC GmbH)

• Reporting quality topics, issues, and KPIs to headquarters

• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of Quality Management audits (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485)

• Ensuring all quality-related documentation, procedures, work instructions, and records are up to date and properly implemented

• Initiation and tracking of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Leading, guiding, and developing the local quality team (quality engineers, inspectors, techni-cians)

• Monitoring regulatory and standard changes and assessing their impact on the Quality Man-agement System.

ACTING AUTHORITY

• Guide and evaluate audits

• Initiate corrective measures and preventive actions in order to ensure a high level of quality

• Responsible for establishing and keeping up-to-date documentation of processes and outgoing inspection reports

• Guide, train and control personnel within the Quality Management system of RRC Vietnam.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related disciplines

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Management (QA/QC/system) in a manufacturing environ-ment, ideally in electronics or industrial production

• Solid experience with ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485) & quality tools]

LANGUAGES

• Native-language Vietnamese

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory

IT SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented working style

• Proven ability to work independently, take responsibility, and operate under pressure

• Strong communication and presentation skill
