Quality Manager - Nutrition/Pharmaceutical/F&B - Bien Hoa

The key deliverable is to be accountable for ensuring client's products meet established quality standards, including reliability, usability, and performance, for distribution and market readiness.

Description

The successful candidate will report to Operation Manager and take responsibilities for:

* Manage departmental budgets and costs to optimize resource use.

* Set departmental quality objectives and drive continuous improvement for high performance.

* Report on QA operations (KPIs, S&OP) to management.

* Oversee the development and implementation of QA procedures to align with Abbott's global quality policies and local regulations.

* Recommend policy and process improvements to meet product quality standards and GSP/ISO requirements.

* Assess QA systems at warehouses, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other standards; assist in principal audits.

* Coordinate with warehouse and departments for internal and external audits and QA monitoring.

* Monitor and report on non-conformities in logistics quality inspections.

* Provide technical advice on quality assurance in line with policies and legislation.

* Train QA staff on procedures and daily operations, and ensure adherence to guidelines.

* Train new QA and logistics staff on GxP, SOP, product safety, and hygiene.

* Collaborate with customer service to address quality complaints and implement corrective actions.

Profile

Our client expects the following criteria:

* Knowledge in Quality Assurance within the food, milk (nutrition), or pharmaceutical sectors;

* Experience in Quality of Supply Chain will be a plus;

* Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience with notable achievements;

* Strong communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders;

* Good English speaking skills;

* Able to work 2 Saturdays/week;
