Mô tả công việc
o Support APQP deliverables throughout all NPD phases.
o Collaborate with related departments to define / implement quality standards.
o Ensure quality gates are effectively executed and documented.
o Monitor product validation and quality feedback loops during pilot and launch stages.
o Lead and coordinate PFMEA sessions with cross-functional teams.
o Ensure PFMEAs are updated regularly in line with design/process changes.
o Link PFMEA content to Control Plans and Process Flow Diagrams.
o Support teams in identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
o Maintain documentation related to ISO compliance.
o Monitor adherence to quality system procedures across departments.
o Prepare and support internal and external audits.
o Drive corrective/preventive actions for audit findings.
o Generate reports on PFMEA updates, NPD milestones, and ISO compliance.
o Track quality KPIs and continuous improvement metrics.
o Others will be assigned by Quality Tower Lead/Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or a related field
- Experience: 3–5 years in a quality, manufacturing related role.
- Experience with ISO, NPD, PFMEA and APQP is required.
- Proficient in PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, and APQP.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Familiar with quality tools: 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, SPC, MSA
- Language: Well in English Communication. Proficient in Office, Mail, SAP/ ERP
- Others: Strong organizational, coordination, facilitation skills, teamwork abilities.
