Quality Production Leader For Plastic Component Metal Bike

1. QUALITY - Ensure the Quality of the product in line and before shipment. - Improve the Quality Management System of your supplier. - Prepare and plan assessments with your supplier (Quality, HRP, ENV, Process Audit). - Ensure that Decathlon Compliance standards and the local regulations are respected, in terms of quality, safety, environment, toxicology, and social compliance. - Follow up and support the factory to improve production efficiency. - Handle customer complaints and withdrawal cases with stakeholders (factories, engineering team, customers). - Coordinate production with your supply teammates to ensure the best product quality with on-time delivery. 2. QUALITY PROCESS IMPROVEMENT - Monitor the quality performance of your suppliers and continuously improve their performance. - Lead the supplier’s autonomy project in all production scopes such as assessment autonomy (Quality, HRP, ENV), and inspection autonomy (final, inline, online control). - Improve and optimize the production process on your scope. - In charge of opening assessments for new suppliers. - Diffuse quality requirements, standards, best practices, and training of Decathlon to your suppliers.

- Passionate about Sports. - Have at least 03 years of experience in a Quality background. - Major preferable: Industrial, quality assurance, production, mechanical engineering. - Ability to manage the quality system. - Strong in Product Development & understanding of production flow (Product: Bicycle). - Good English communication skills (Chinese speaking is a plus). - Good at problem-solving. - A factory lover, willing to go on the field.
