1. Resolving quality issues during the product trial development stage and assisting the factory in establishing quality inspection capabilities and setting standards for different models
2. Promoting and continuously improving the quality yield of mass-produced products in the factory
3. Assisting the factory in resolving material quality issues that cannot be solved internally, connecting relevant resources/technical support to drive solutions
4. Reviewing and accelerating the resolution of customer complaint quality issues to enhance customer satisfaction
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Graduated from College and above.
2. English or Chinese can be communicated
3. Over 3 years of experience in quality or project management roles
4. Familiar with the production processes and quality management of network communication and network monitoring products
5. Proficient in quality improvement techniques and experienced in improving products, operational processes, or production procedures
6. Skills in quality management/statistical methods and numerical analysis/communication and coordination abilities
