Position Objective:

• Promote Customer Specific requirements and compliances

• Promote AS implementation.

• Establish, maintain and continual improvement of Quality management system.

• Auditing organizer for site certificates audit from external parties.

• Ensure completed of all Management review input and output summary.

• Leading to internal quality system and process audit.

• MOSART mentor.

• Summary of IATF public communication.

Position Scope

• Under the direction Plant Quality Manager and VP Quality, the Quality System Manager will take necessary steps with Autoliv policies and procedures, to establish and maintain the quality management system with support and corporate other external and internal management system in the organization.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:(Main Activities)

• Correcting the management review input, output and action plans.

• Coordinates Management Review Activities/Action Plans

• Lead/Coordinate the change effect to QMS standard

• Organize the team to support CB audit.

• Lead/participate problem solution with teams regarding audit findings.

• Provide quality system, manufacturing process,product audits schedule and results to management review

• Analyze audit results and direct audit priorities

• Provides Management with results and recommendations

• Provide support and training on QMS standards.

• Ensure correct version to distributed (local and external standards)

• Monthly summarizing & reporting the key change and implementation status of an AS to top management.

• Review and Approve the documented procedures and department Wis

• Develops common Management Manual and keep it updated

• Supporting other system complinaces audit such as (BAM, CCAP, TISI , FMVSS and etc.)

• General assignment required by Plant Quality Manager

Key Challenges & Problem Solving

• Ensure Management System complies to international standards.

• Ensure the customer specific requirements are certified and maintained.

• Ensure correct distribution, understanding and working act. to standards (Internal Operational Procedure, AS and Intenational standard).

• Analysis audit result and direct audit priorities.

Key Relationships(Internal & External)

• Coordinate and administer third part audits.(CB, Government body and Customers)

• Lead/coordinate and administer internal quality audit.

• Coordination and follow up effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions from audit issued.

Key Selection Criteria / Education and Experience Requirements:

• To have completed bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or other suitable qualifications with at least 5 years experience in establish and implement quality system e.g. ISO9001, IATF16949, Core Tools
