• To implement and manage an effective Quality system.

• Develop & implement appropriate Quality standard. Well process control in term of quality to conform to buyer specifications.

• To observe and discharging company's quality policy

• To ensure departmental and sectional objective and work procedures are fulfilled and followed accordingly

• To compile procedures & work instructions for the Quality Documentation.

• To always keep the Quality Documentation up to date with the current quality system being practised.

• To serve QA Buyer in Final audit. Communication/negotiation with QA buyer in term of technical information

• To motivate and guiding subordinate in maintaining high job efficiency.

• To conduct departmental meeting with Snr Supervisor, Supervisor, Asst supervisor periodically.

• To continuous seeking improvements on product quality, service quality and time quality.

• To assist QA Manager to maintain ISO 9001 and implement ISO 14001.

• To ensure that the employees at the respective function adhere to all relevant procedure/ SOP and WI.

• Analyze Quality issues identified by Customers.

• Responsible for the enforcement of company's internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management.

• To ensure compliance towards safety policies and regulation at all times.

• Responsible to control and protect company's assets.

• Any other duties as may be assigned.

• Maintain 5S hygiene in the workplace

• Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Department

• Be responsible for preserving company assets

• Absolutely comply with the Company's rules and safety policy

• Graduated from University about B. Sc Degree/ Diploma in quality/ production/ Manufacturing/ Statistical Management or Engineering

• At least 3 years’ experience in garment industry

• Fluent English (written/ spoken/ listen/ read)

• Ability to read and interpret all internal/ external quality documents

• Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office

• Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally within organization.

• Problem solving skills

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carryout instructions in oral, written, or diagram form.

• Ability to deal with problems variables in standardization situations.

• Able to handle 5 or more buyers

• Ability to define issues or problems by identifying elements and root causes, gathering and analyzing relevant data, asking the right questions and developing reasonable solutions.
