Quản Lý Kho

- Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor stock levels (safety stock) in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent part shortages.
- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy.
- Control the shelf-life in order to follow the FIFO policy effective.
- Supervise the warehouse team and manage day to day warehouse operations.
- Identify errors, trace back and eliminate the root cause using robust countermeasures
- Sustain the corrective and preventive actions to eliminate repeat issues.
- Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
- Ensure security of warehouse environment and maintain access control, ensuring 5S, and HSE&S housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
- Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the company’s procedures and requirements.
- In conjunction with the Production Manager, Purchasing Manager implement warehouse and management systems and working practices in line with best practice and continuous improvement.

- Lập kế hoạch, điều phối và giám sát việc tiếp nhận, lưu trữ và gửi hàng hóa.
- Theo dõi mức tồn kho (kho an toàn), mức tồn kho tối thiểu và mức vượt quá, ngăn ngừa tình trạng thiếu vật tư hàng hóa
- Theo dõi và duy trì độ chính xác của hàng tồn kho bằng cách đảm bảo hàng tồn kho thực tế phù hợp với hệ thống quản lý kho hàng và đảm bảo tất cả các di chuyển của hàng hóa được ghi lại để đảm bảo độ chính xác.
- Kiểm soát hạn sử dụng để tuân theo chính sách FIFO có hiệu quả.
- Giám sát nhân viên kho và quản lý hoạt động hàng ngày của kho.
- Xác định lỗi, theo dõi lại và loại bỏ nguyên nhân gốc rễ bằng các biện pháp đối phó mạnh mẽ
- Duy trì các hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa để loại bỏ các vấn đề lặp lại.
- Giám sát, kiểm soát các hoạt động lấy hàng, nhập hàng, xuất hàng đảm bảo chính xác, hạn chế tối đa việc bốc xếp, hư hỏng hàng hóa.
- Đảm bảo an ninh môi trường kho và duy trì kiểm soát ra vào, đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn 5S, và HSE&S luôn được duy trì.
- Đảm bảo rằng tất cả các thủ tục và quy trình liên quan được tuân thủ và tuân thủ theo các quy trình và yêu cầu của công ty.
- Kết hợp với Trưởng phòng sản xuất, Trưởng phòng mua hàng triển khai hệ thống kho, quản lý và thực hành làm việc phù hợp với thông lệ tốt nhất và cải tiến liên tục.
