Job description
Our restaurant managers oversee all operations. They shape our customers experience by maintaining the restaurants appearance, hiring and training quality staff, and ensuring good customer service. Restaurant managers have strong organizational and leadership skills. A talent for conflict resolution is also important for addressing customer complaints and handling staff issues.
Main Duties and Responsibilities;
* Manage the all aspects of the front of house team
* Ensure the all customers receive high standards of service
* Interviewing, hiring and training of staff
* Manage stock and orders
* Responsible for supervising the cleaning and maintenance of all areas
* Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met
* Shift Planning
* All other tasks assigned by Director
Job requirements
Job Requirement:
Skills, Experience and Requirements;
* Hospitality experience - experienced in providing excellent customer service with in the hospitality industry
* Organisational skills – front of house managers will juggle many responsibilities at the same time, so organisational and time management skills are critical.
* Training – Restaurant manager leads staff training, experience training staff is preferable.
* Leadership skills – restaurant manager will keep staff on task, motivated, and focused. They will also resolve staff conflicts.
* Management Skills – hiring, training, and disciplining staff is the Restaurant manager’s responsibility, strong managerial skills are a must.
* Customer service – dedication to providing excellent customer service and improving the customer experience are important qualities.
* Point of sale system experience – front of house managers are responsible for cash transactions, including refunding customers, providing discounts and FoC, which requires proficiency with the restaurant’s POS system
- Available to work full-time hours as required by the nature of the business
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required
- Ages: From 25-35
- Vietnamese, European, Australian, Irish – No Indian
