• Manage raw material input, spinning processes, and finished yarn output.

• Prepare production plans and analyze performance metrics (Production Yield%).

• Oversee production of functional yarns and development of new items.

• Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S).

• Ensure quality control across all production stages.

• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.

• Lead and manage production teams effectively.

***Must have

• Junior College or University degree in Textile or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in spinning production.

• Solid knowledge of raw materials, spinning processes, and cost structure.

• Strong understanding of yarn quality standards and quality control across all stages (U%, Cluster, etc.).

• Experience in production yield management (input, output, waste).

• Familiarity with spinning mill operations and intermediate quality control processes.

• Ability to analyze production data and evaluate performance.

• Proven leadership and people management skills.
