Quantity Surveyor Engineer (Bidding & Procurement Focus)

-Source, evaluate, and develop Vendors to meet quality, cost, and company requirement.

-Prepare budget and tender documents for each work package, carry out the bid evaluation, make recommendation awarding tenderer to Division Head and BOD.

-Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve favorable terms and conditions.

-Supervise procurement operations, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures.

-Request and compare quotations from multiple vendors based on company regulation and defined criteria: pricing, quality, lead time, payment terms, etc.

-Liaise effectively with other departments to address and resolve any arising queries or issues.

-Prepare and manage contract variations, including addenda and amendments.

-Execute other duties as assigned by superiors.

*Notes:

Workplace: The candidate will work in Hồng Hạc City project, Thuận Thành, Bắc Ninh. The company provides a shuttle bus from Hanoi to the project site.

Working hours: Monday to Friday.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

Experience: At least 5 years of working experience is preferred; however, we also welcome applications from high-performing fresh graduates.

Skills in analyzing and evaluating bids and quotations, draft contracts, addendums.
