R&D Design Engineer

1. Package Design Engineer for Laminate Package Products

2. Optimize Design for customer needs and process requirements

3. Continuous DFM and various tooling design support for process optimization

4. Design Agile system setup and maintenance

5. Design Document handling and Control/Maintain design rule/guide/spec

6. Custom/Development Design customer support

7. Performing FAI and handling fail issues

1. Educational background:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher of Engineering

2. Experiences:

- Preference more than 1 years’ experience of Design engineering

- Preference of Korean speaking

- Preference of Design experience in OSAT or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry

3. Skills:

- English skill(speaking/listening/writing) is mandatory

- Team collaboration, effective communication and presentation skills

- Prefer to experience of Design Tool such as EDA (cadence), CAM and AutoCAD

- Design managing experience

- Knowledge in Package Design, Tolerance interpretation and Substrate

- Real time communication with process engineers, customers and suppliers

- Attend meetings and reporting with customers and process engineers

4. Other: Willing to train and work abroad (Korea) for about 2~4weeks
