Responsible for developing new products (automotive/mechanical/electronics products) to ensure customer specifications and progress.
Build a reasonable technology/production process, and calculate the time to serve the quotation.
Coordinate with related departments in implementing new product development projects & mass production projects.
Manage and report sample production costs.
Improve technological processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Solve technical problems in a timely manner.
Control the progress & quality of completed work of employees.
Conduct internal training, and propose external training for employees.
Manage Department KPIs.
Maintain 5S in the workplace.
