Fushan Technology (Foxconn Group) is urgently seeking for R&D Engineer with EE / RF / FAE / Camera background.

Location: VSIP Bac Ninh, shuttle bus from Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang.

Language: Chinese (priority) or English or both.

Job Summary:

Take responsibility for EE / RF tasks, including issue troubleshooting (Debug), crossfunctional collaboration, and customer relationship management

Job Description:

1. Support SMT FAI (First article inspection), including AOI, schematic, BOM checking and issue debugging.

2. Assist SMT FA (Failure analysis) for failed boards. Assist EE engineers in providing troubleshooting guides to the SMT FA team.

3. Data collection for analysis of the EE Design of Experiments (DOE) and provide analysis reports/results.

4. Defective boards analysis in Pre/Post reliability verification (REL). Provide the results and analysis reports.

5. Customer relationship management: Maintain effective technical communication at the factory.

6. Complete the tasks assigned by the supervisor.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

2. Work experience: 2-5 years

3. Language: Moderate English proficiency (basic conversational ability with foreign clients). Chinese(Optional)

4. Skills:

- Study the schematic and layout files

- Testing and troubleshooting (Debug): Capable of using oscilloscopes and power analyzers to quickly identify issues.

- Crossfunctional collaboration: Work closely with FAE, quality assurance, and factory engineers.

- Customer relationship management: Maintain effective technical communication at the factory.

- Basic PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
