Job description

• Develop manufacturing process by drawing analysis to satisfy all customer requirements.

• Project management including project milestone & resources plan control.

• Develop engineering documents: BOM, Work instruction, Production router.

• Using NX software to create Grinding NC Program

• Using Verticut software to simulate NC Program before get approval.

• Analyzes and selects speeds and cutting tools for programs.

• Responsibility to take care the product during development stage (try out, first article) & ensure projects are completed on time.

• Work with vendor to apply new technology of tool for development and improvement machining time

• Other duties assigned by manager.

Requirements

• Graduated from University major in Mechanical engineering or related field (University of Science & Technology, Hanoi University of Industry, University of Engineering and Technology, Military Technical Institute, University Transportation).

• Good command in English (Toeic 600 at least).

• Have knowledge in Manufacturing Field (Mill, Turn),

• Skill in reading & analyzing Technical Drawing interpretation,3D modelling.

• Good at Word, excel, Mechanical software: NX, Catia, solid work , AutoCAD…

• Must have good organizational and planning skills.

• Can work independence, able to work under pressure.

Starting salary: Up to 14 Mil
