R&D Manager

- Perform research: experimental and theoretical activities;

- Process improvement: wire drawing, wire beakage, steel cord properties, machinery;

- Lab equipment management;

- Personel management;

- Supporting supervisor organize and develop R&D personnels to get the goals of department;

- Developing internal research programs to develop or improve existing products;

- Understanding customer' demands and develop new project adapt customer and satisfy customer's requirements;

- Determining and deploying new technologies used by suppliers (Wire rod, Lubricant, new sensor equipment, new stranding machine...);

- Can collaborate with Cross-function team to solve the arising problem.

- Working experience: relate to Chemical, Steel heat treatment, Mechanical, Material Science, Technology Science, accept other majors

- University Bachelor Degree in any majors;

- At least 3 years of professional experience or have held the position of R&D Manager

- Background of working in international companies is an advantage;

- Good communication skills in English.
