- Solving and presenting all technical issues with farmers, dealers, institutes, authorities.
- Working with institutes, universities, extension centers, sub PPDs ... to introduce products, introduce new technologies of the company.
- Cooperating with other partners to research.
- Managing all experiments.
- Preparing and managing the budget for R&D Dept.
- Recruiting, training, managing staffs for R&D Dept.
- Preparing technical documents.
- Supporting Marketing and Sale departments ... on technical of products, pest control solutions.

- Experience in plant protection industry about 8 years. Including 3 years at manager level.
- Understanding plants, pests, and pesticides.
- Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English.
- Proficiency in office computer.
- Regularly check out the experiments and go on business trips.
