DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION
1. Following up all production /development samples of elastics and make sure there will not be an issue
2. Make sure each and every development will be made based on Customer / sales Requirements.
3. Introducing new method/machinery/ products and process to develop and increase the existing productivity
4. Follow up Customer approvals / rejections and improvement process.
5. Responsible to check all First bulk trials and make sure each new development will run in bulk without issues.
6. Applies significant knowledge of industry Trends and developments to improve the service to our customers.
7. Weekly and daily review work of development team.
8. Easy recognizes system deficiencies, and implement effective solution.
PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Follow up Development plan daily to meet exact delivery date without any issues / delays.
2. Responsible to handle all development team. (50 members)
3. Provide best support to development & innovation department as well.
4. Looking for continue improvements in each area and arrange training / process improvement for dev dpt.
5. Provide technical support and solutions for each and every production machine in daily basis.
6. Responsible to check and find solution for sample development failures to keep best quality control leve.
7. Keep records and provide solution for each bulk development general issues / corrective action plans.
8. Team work and follow up 6S standard in the department.
9. Make sure all SOP in place for each and every operation in the department.
10. Responsible to follow up Department KPI.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. University degree.
2. At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing company. Experience in garment company is preferable
3. At least 3-5 years working as a development department manager or assistant manager
4. Good communication in Vietnamese and English.
