R&D Software Senior Engineer/ Supervisor

We are looking for multiple R&D Software positions (Senior / Supervisor) to join our Washing Machine R&D team. Candidates will work on develop and debug software for washing machine depending on experienced level.

Key Responsibilities (assigned based on level and specialization):

1. Senior Engineer:

- Develop, optimize and verify embedded software for washing machine control systems.

- Analyze requirements, design architecture and implement software modules in C/C++

- Design and implement control algorithms for motor drive, user interface and sensor processing.

- Perform unit testing, debugging and validation on actual hardware.

- Collaborate closely with the other teams to resolve integration and performance issues.

2. Supervisor:

- Supervise and manage a software development and testing team for washing machine projects.

- Coordinate with hardware, control and mechanical teams to ensure system integration.

- Plan, assign and track software development tasks to meet schedule and quality goals.

- Review design, perform code reviews and ensure compliance with company coding standards.

- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers.

- Report project status, risks and progress to higher management.

- University's degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.

- Good English skills for technical communication.

- Careful, hard-working, have continuous improvement mindset and willing to work in Hung Yen.

Experience requirements will depend on the corresponding level listed below:

For Senior Engineer:

- At least 2-3 years of embedded software development experience, preferably in home appliances or motor control applications.

- Proficient in C/C++ with solid knowledge of real-time control, PWM, ADC, timer and interrupt handling.

- Experience with version control (Git/SVN) and issue tracking tools (JIRA/Redmine).

- Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams, use oscilloscope and debuggers (J-Link, E2 Lite, etc.)

- Experience with FOC (Field Oriented Control) for BLDC motors is an advantage.

For Supervisor:

- At least 3-4 years of embedded software development experience, including at least 1-2 years in leadership or supervisory role.

- Strong knowledge of motor control (DC/BLDC), sensors, UART/I2C/SPI communication and RTOS.

- Experience with Renesas, STM32, or Nuvoton microcontrollers using e2studio/ IAR/ STM8/ CS+...

- Able to read circuit schematics and understand V-model software development processes.

- Good project management and communication skills.
