- Support to research on basic theory and identify the latest technology trends in gypsum.
- Support in getting new certification of gypsum board.
- Reviewing advanced raw materials and diversification of vendor.
- Support to research the optimal mixing ratio for gypsum board.
- Root cause analysis for nonconformities of gypsum board.
- Establish and maintain testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in-process and finished products.
- Oversee research projects, analyze results and report to manager.
- Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products.
- Support to determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers and competitors.
- Suggest the improvement activates to improve the product process and quality control.
- Overall for working field of Quality control dept. to support other staff in QC department.
