R&D Staff ( Experience & English)

I. Electrics job
1. Electrical engineering, or electronic
2. Related engineering bachelor's degree at least
3. Able to read schematics, Gerber, and layout
4. Able to read mechanical 2D drawings and electrical component specifications
5. Experience using equipment such as power meter, microscope, oscilloscope, and spectrum analyzer, CMW500, network analyzer, Able to read X-ray images
6. Knowledge of RF (Radio frequency), Protocol (UART, I2C, I2S, SPI), display or camera
7. Related work experience 02 years and above about failure analysis

II. Inspection Engineer
1. Have experience set up testing equipment (DMM/AVMT/CMW/...) (include hardware and software)
2. Working experience relate Industrial communication networks (RS232/CAN/LIN/ETHERNET)
3. Install and use software for simulation/measurement
4. Understanding log file (system/packet/debug) to check operation history
5. Understanding of the product inspection process (automation)
6. Know about structure and operating principle of display screen LCD/OLED, include testing method
7. Experience relate testing telecommunication/network (GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G)
8. Algorithms and principle inside camera module

III. Mechanic job
1.Creating BOM (Bill of material), 2D&3D drawings for new models
2.Making ECO and control related things on ECO process
3.Drawing / design review and make lesson and learn for new model .
4.Development event follow up, prepare and control material
5.Develop new mechanical part (box, packing, label, printing…)
6.Trouble shooting related to mechanical and assemble ( FA , Customer defect )
7.1st assembly jig investment & verification
8.Searching ideas on Cost Innovation, 3S for MP products
9.Working with Headquarter for issues’ improvement
10.Coaching mechanic knowledge

IV. Developing new project (Refrigerator Product)
+) Creating new and revise BOM (Bill Of Material) for new model
+) Creating new and modify drawing (2D,3D) for new model
+) Developing new parts (Printing, Packing, Electric, Mechanical, Refrigeration
+) Solving all issues during development time
+) Creating improvement idea for reduce cost for new & MP product
+) Management development schedule (Part & Product Approval test)
+) Management development Plan (New Project )
