Manage and execute the process innovation projects by investigate on latest advanced technology.
Prepare and monitor project timelines & development plans together with concerned department.
Perform preliminary screening, selection & finalization of available raw material based on quality & sensory.
Suggest appropriate process design & selection depending on product requirement.
Perform prototype development & improvement.
Co-ordinate with internal & external department for production trial run, sensory test, product analysis & other new product development activities.
Improve existing product by adjusting product formula, process, raw material replacement etc. to have benefit of quality improvement, cost saving and line efficiency.
Arrange and lead meetings with related functions to update the status of each project.
All documents are well recorded during the product development process for efficient future tracking.
Ensure and execute regulatory requirements for the markets/countries commercialized.
Evaluate post launch of the product and process for improvement and fulfil customer satisfaction.
Plan, set target and lead the technologist’s team to complete the assignment and targets.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s or master’s degrees in food science/technology or related field
At least 5 years’ experience in the beverage industry preferably in coffee beverages R&D.
Lead new product development process in all activities from conceptualization to commercialization.
Good knowledge of coffee science and sensory.
Have good communication, leadership, creativity, and analytical skills.
Expertise in computer abilities (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Have a good command of English both speaking and writing.
