R&D Supervisor (Material)

We are looking for R&D Supervisor (Material) for R&D Center who is in charge of researching, developing new material and material evaluation activity, details as below:

- Receive requests and evaluate according to corporation's standard system

- Analyze quality issue related to material in the market or the line

- Make a general plan for the project, manage progress and give countermeasures when usual problems are detected

- Make judgements on the selection of materials for design engineers

- Determine standards corresponding to raw materials and establish items that need to be tested according to standards

- Work with makers to propose improvements or changes to materials

- Follow the maintenance plan of testing equipment

- Follow the purchasing of equipment and tools for the laboratory

- Manage chemicals: control import, export, inventory of chemicals, prepare reports and send to HSE every 3 months

- Follow and provide work instruction for engineers

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials, Chemistry, Chemical Technology

- Have 4-5 years of experience in material quality control

- Have experience in using material analysis equipment (infrared spectrometer, X-ray, thermal analyzer,...) and material mechanical evaluation machine

- Intermediate English (Japanese is advantage)

- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Careful & attention to details

- Quick action, responsible and team spirit

- Can move between Dong Anh factory and Hung Yen factory if requested (low frequency)
