Job Summary:
The R&D Product Development Senior Executive plays a vital role in leading innovation and driving technological research and development to create market-winning formulas that meet consumer needs. The position requires a strong foundation in scientific analysis, technical knowledge, and product testing to ensure the quality, functionality, and competitiveness of new products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Research & Development: Conduct specific testing on a lab/pilot scale as directed by management to support new product innovations.
• Technical Analysis & Documentation: Analyze and synthesize technical information to ensure effective product development.
• Quality Evaluation: Assess product and raw material quality through various methods, including shelf-life testing, sensory analysis, and physical-chemical evaluations.
• Industry Research: Conduct in-depth searches for specialized information, documents, and new technologies to support cutting-edge product development.
• Scientific Knowledge Development: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and scientific research related to food technology and agriculture.
• Information Processing & Reporting: Process and analyze relevant data to improve product formulations and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Technical Communication: Effectively convey technical ideas and information to cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication between R&D, production, and marketing.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in R&D product development or an equivalent role.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in scientific research and product innovation.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, especially in technical R&D terminology.
• Software & Research Tools: Ability to utilize industry-standard software for data analysis, product development, and research documentation.
• Adaptability & Learning: Willingness to continuously learn and develop expertise in emerging R&D trends and techniques.
