Raw Material Packing Material Development Leader

1. Process Development: Carrying out activities in the Raw and Packaging material development process which includes:

• Identification improvement

• Manage completeness of Design Qualification (DQ) document

• Manage completeness of Installation Qualification (IQ) document

• Preparation of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) document

2. Administration:

• Manage report of Raw & Packaging material development

• Carry out control over the 1st alternative material application up to 3 lots

• Obey GMP and HACCP regulation

3. New Product Development:

• Make proposed change and Raw & Packaging material development protocols

• Looking for information on Raw & Packaging material suppliers, company profiles and concept designs

• Looking for information on new products and production processes

• Create an experimental/trial plan protocol

• Compile the completeness of Design Qualification (DQ) and Installation Qualification (IQ)

• Collecting data on potential non-conformities of new products

• Do all activities in the Raw & Packaging materials development

4. Project Development: Carrying out activities in the Raw and Packaging material development process which includes:

• Project applications

• Manage completeness of Design Qualification (DQ) document

• Manage completeness of Installation Qualification (IQ) document

• Preparation of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) document

• Female, graduated with a university degree in Food Engineering / Chemistry / Physics / Microbiology

• Minimum 1 (one) year experience in Food & Beverage Manufacture or Fresh Graduate (with internship experience in Food Engineering / Chemistry / Physics / Microbiology)

• Willing to work in Factory in Phu My 3, Ba Ria Vung Tau

• Able to work with teams and individuals, healthy physically and mentally

• Able to operate computer: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power points)

• Able to work follow Production schedule
