Real Estate Licensing (Investment)

- Overseeing investment licensing process for real estate projects. - Conducting comprehensive legal research on laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Carry out legal work related to Land use Right certificate, especially related to investment law and financial obligations. - Coordinating with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities. - Monitoring legislative and industry trends for investment strategies and compliance. - Preparing and maintaining accurate records and documentation. - Performing other relevant duties as required.

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in investment; business development of the real estate industry - Bachelor Degree in law, real estate, investment, economics, and business administration or related field. - Fluent in English. - Effective communication, update market, and market analysis - Handling and resolving issues - Able to work under pressure
