Real Estate Manager (Logistics)

- Secure lease abstracting, refurbishment and handover of investments | lease acquisition | equity acquisition

- Start-up FM operations

- Secure business contingency management

- Secure procure to pay (Schenker perspective)

- Audit maintenance performance and database matching | reporting

- Initiate accruals for dilapidation costs

- Manage subleases to external

- Tender, control and handover prolongations (leased)

- Close leased property

- Drive and manage smaller rental projects

- Manage energy, furniture, technical utilities and security equipment frame contracts and sublease processes to external tenants

- Secure data management for auditing processes

- Budget demands | Create overviews of local requirements

- Check data for Space Demand Information and technical demand analysis

- Send out request to and select external tendering logistics service provider, sites and draft lease contracts

- Manage investment approvals on country level | refurbishments | smaller lease acquisitions

- Manage short listing & approve budgets, manage due diligence processes, negotiate & create contracts including closings

- Support REM or CoM in construction projects

- Training and steering of SRs

- Check contingency mgmt. and safety measures

- Bachelor degree or higher.

- 10 year- experience in Finance or Real Estate

- Experience in project steering and financial reporting

- Management experiences

- Project management, Facility Management
