Mô tả công việc
1. Collect and update data on the real estate market in Vietnam.
• Job requires active fieldwork.
• Actively arrange and participate in meetings during market research process
2. Make analysis and reports based on market research (residential, office, etc)
3. Organize collected data by creating tables, charts, and diagrams.
4. Maintain understanding of the Vietnam’s relevant legal issues and legal process to conduct real estate business.
5. Interpretation and translation
• You will be questioned about basic legal process in terms of doing real estate project in Vietnam

2. Conduct Feasibility Study
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Experience in relevant field is preferred
2. Fluent English (IELTS 6.5 or above) or Fluent Korean (TOPIK level 4 or above)
3. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word skills
