Receivable Accountant

• Handle monthly/ quarterly/ yearly tax declaration & payment of all kinds of tax (VAT, FCWT, CIT).

• Handle accounting management reports including VAS reports.

• Prepare Profit & Loss of film and work with all investors for the approval of report.

• Handle Revenue Process related issue including but not limited to: (i) Create/issue/control output e-invoices on VNPT Invoice & debit note; (ii) File related documents, make duplicate and handle to partners if applicable; (iii) Collect revenue and other receivables; etc.

• Coordinate with other accountant in film production expense management: verify invoice and supporting document, record revenue & COGS into accounting system.

• Record fixed asset, tools and allocate expenses/ asset depreciation.

• Handle/ control annual physical count of asset and tool.

• Assist in year-end audit/ CIT finalization and other requests by Chief Accountant.

• Good at English (Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing).

• Have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Receivable Accountant.

• GPA above 7.5 is preferable

• Bachelor’s degree with good level and higher in finance accounting or similar

• Graduated at UEH, UEL is preferable
