Mô Tả Công Việc
• Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate;
• Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information;
• Arrange, monitor and assist in the planning & preparation of meeting, conference rooms and teleconference call if any;
• Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, Viettel, etc.);
• Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating;
• Support new staffs on board (which include register motor parking, prepare tools of work, etc.);
• Arrange and provide services related to taxi cards for employees.
• Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies to all departments;
• Support other activities, company’s events (facilitation and organization);
• Take care and maintenance office facilities;
• Report all administrative expenses and any operating cost;
• Fulfil any reasonable additional responsibilities as may be from time to time requested by HR Manager.

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field;
• Good looking and professional appearance;
• Proficient in English;
• Good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Customer/client focus.
