Mô Tả Công Việc
• Answering and transferring all incoming calls.
• Greeting / welcoming clients and visitors of the Company.
• Arranging local transportation when necessary.
• Booking ferry / air tickets/accommodation.
• Taking care of the maintenance of all equipment/machines such as telephones, fax machine, etc.
• Making tea / coffee for visitors and the Management.
• In-charge of airport pickup.
• In-charge of receiving/sending documents / letters / fax, then distributing them to respective persons / departments.
• Checking bills and invoices for mailing and confirm with Accountant for payment.
2. OTHER DUTIES
• Undertake other tasks as and when assigned by the Immediate Superior and / or the Management.
• You are expected to travel when required.
