2. Manage and organize the catalogues, samples in showroom. Update the sample list, and send a report for sample list/inventory each month
3. Manage all office equipment’s, Tel/fax, internet, stationary, uniform…. to make sure smooth operation.
4. Monitor and report of log book (timing in/out), OT for driver and Annually Leave for employees.
5. Manage the office expense and claim: car, taxi, electric, water, telephone...
6. Arrange travelling for client and company members (booking air ticket, accommodation, visa…).
7. Register SHUI for staff arrival/departure.
8. Working with Fire Dpt and other organizations when being requested.
9. Buy Accident Insurance for employees. Making claim for sick leave or accident.
10. Organize Monthly Birthday party, Year End party or else for Stella members.
11. Other admin tasks as assigned.

2. Detailed and well-organized.
3. Good computer skills
4. Good interpersonal skills and with good team spirit.
5. Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
6. Having at least 1 year experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS:Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
