Mô Tả Công Việc
• Receive telephone, mail, fax from customers and other departments.
• Responsibility for greeting, welcome, interact and check-in members and guests professionally at all times
• Ensuring prompt and professional phone answering service
• Managing and record contract with related administrative department.
• Transfer incoming letter/ document to other related department.
• Support to each department for sending documents by EMS/DHL
• Other administrative as other departments require.
• Date of starting work : End of December 2018 or Jan 2019
• Salary : 8,000,000 VND Gross or above
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English (Listening, speaking, reading and writing)
• Honesty, integrity and creative at all times
• Must be well organized and tidy
• Act in polite and professional manner.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Is willing to work overtime and under pressure
• Woman is preferred
