• Ensures that work quality meets the standards required and completes tasks in a timely and thorough manner with minimum supervision.
• Follows standards, policies and procedures.
• Prepare / set up reception area ( switch on computer, micros, EDC machine )
• Great and welcome the guest.
• Explain the treatment details and products to the guests.
• Check and report daily operating product or oil stock to supervisor for ordering.
• Understand how to make reservation
• Understand how to check in, walk in, cancellation and no show in computer system.
• Know how to set up schedule for therapist in the computer.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time. etc.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High School or Vocational Certificate or equivalent
* Required Skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees.
- Able to read and write English
- Problem solving and training abilities.
