Provide consultation to a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs.
Provide counsel to hiring managers during the assessment and evaluation of candidates, act as the primary negotiator and closer of selected candidates.
Job/Role Description & Requirement
Sourcing for candidates
Conducting first level interview
Making recommendation for the shortlisted candidates
Negotiating salary package with the candidates
Closing/Offering the candidates
Handling all recruitment matters for Nityo's existing projects relating to End User Computing, Network services, Server Management, Data Centre Operations, etc..
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Those without a degree or diploma but with 3 years recruitment experience will be considered
Fresh Graduates may be considered
Prority is given to those who has 2 years recruitment experience
Creative and thinking out of the box characteristics
Good Negotiation skills
Time Management and Planning
Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
Training on process will be provided to the right candidates
