Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Talent Acquisition
• Develop strong relationship with hiring managers. Work closely with hiring managers to adequately understand their needs and the requirements and expectations of the role.
• Source and recruit talent using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of talent for the role. Seek out and recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent
• Develop relationships with prospective talent, and maintain and build talent pipeline
• Review resumes, cover letters and advise prospective talent beforehand. Complete all pre-screening and screening activities for prospective employee. Schedule interviews and assess interview performance.
• Candidate Management: Provide a great candidate experience ensuring that they are informed of next steps and they get timely feedback
• Offer and Onboarding Management: Responsible to prepare, present, and negotiate offers. Initiate and ensure smooth running of onboarding process
• Monthly Recruitment reporting via excel
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adhere to country’s regulatory requirement and Sembcorp’s policies and procedure
• Organize, lead and facilitate career and college fairs, and similar events

2. Learning & Development
• Continual engagement with Line Managers to understand business needs and skill demands for different employee groups based on their role, level and skills
• Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate course/ trainings to close gap and drive significant enhancement in performance, productivity and engagement.
• Assesses training effectiveness against learning objectives and its impact on employee skill development and accomplishment
• Prepare monthly/ quarterly L&D reports via excel
• Close monitoring and tracking of annual training budget

3. Others
• Make sure to comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager, HRAD

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent, with at least 5 years of recruitment and/or L&D experience
2. Well versed with Vietnam labour law and best practices
3. Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects and responsibilities
4. Must be able to work independently and handle sensitive information
5. Strong interpersonal skills and proficient in English (both written and oral) for communication with Expatriates and HQ Singapore
6. Strong knowledge of Power/Renewable Energy market in Vietnam will be an added advantage
7. Experience in Recruitment firm is an advantage

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & PREFERRED CHARACTERISTICS
1. Strong interpersonal communications effectiveness in English and Vietnamese, including verbal, written, presentation and persuasion skills
2. A team player with positive working attitude and resourceful
3. Forward thinking and open and receptive to new ideas. He / She should be someone who thrives in an environment of continuous improvement
