We are starting a team in Vietnam and looking for an experienced individual to join our team as an Executive Search Consultant/ Recruitment Consultant. As a consultant, your responsibilities will include:
● Build a network of relevant candidates and support client development
● Search, identify, and screen potential candidates for open mandates
● Manage and influence the hiring process to a successful closure
● Helping draft client briefs and presentations for business development
● Consult clients on recruitment strategies and candidates on career growth
● Market and position Aidentifi as a strong brand in the marketplace
● Be an Ambassador for the business and create long-term goodwill

The ideal candidate will have strong academic qualifications and a mix of interests and achievements outside of work and academics. We are looking for 02 Junior and 01 Senior candidate.
● Junior (0 - 2 years of experience) open for Freshers who graduated from high-ranked universities and/or study abroad.
● Senior (4 - 6 years of experience) with experience in B2B business development (Tech industry preferred), Finance, Public Relations, Account Management, Management Consulting, or international recruitment firm.
● Good English communication skills
● Proactive, flexible, and, hard-working
● Problem-solving, negotiation, and account management skills.
