Recruitment Consultant - Chinese Speaking

Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate with others, develop understanding and generally be interested in people

• Have an easy going personality and you enjoy working with others and in a team

• Able to work independently and as team player, in this role you will work directly with the Managing Director and clients.

• Self-motivated, organized and a high degree of attention to detail

• Candidate should have a positive attitude, be determined to succeed and enjoys new challenges.

• We like our candidates to have an interest in agribusiness, if you are interested in the space we can teach you about it quickly, it’s growing and its exciting.

• As a consultant you will have the responsibility for a set of clients that you will manage and assist them with their recruitment needs.

• You will be required to build and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates.

• You will receive briefs from clients and you will be required to review and understand all aspects of these briefs.

• Source, profile and shortlist candidates for clients to interview.

• Maintain our database to be up to date with all responsible candidate and job records.

• Attend exhibitions and Industry events to connect with candidates & clients.

• 2-3 years working and life experience.

• Fluent in English and Chinese Speaking and writing.

• Present a professional company image at all times.
