Recruitment Consultant/ Executive

Job Overview: The candidate will assist in recruitment activities and business development responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Executive Search (80% of work time):

• Sourcing and attracting suitable candidates through database and social media channels and networks and contact them regarding roles and requirements

• Managing the search process from the screening to the interview to offer stage and beyond.

• Communication: Dealing with queries from candidates and clients, and recruitment partners in a professional and timely manner

• Systems: Maintain records of candidate interviews’ results/feedback from clients and develop company’s candidate database

Business Development (20% of work time):

• Identifying and building client/business relationships.

• Developing new clients and following up on service agreements as well as job orders.

• Networking to build business contacts and candidates that can be converted into Executive Search opportunities

• Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment by the Line Manager.

Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Language, Economics, Business Administration, HR or relevant degree

• For Consultant level: 2-3 years of experience in recruitment roles for headhunting

• For Executive level: At least 1 year of experience in recruitment roles or other professional fields related to HR field
