Mô tả công việc
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to support their talent needs.
- Analyze position requirements and suggest a suitable recruitment plan.
- Fully in charge in recruitment including the method to approach candidates, follow up recruitment status, interview, and interview outcome. Ensure qualified candidates recruited to meet the company’s demands.
- Develop and implement recruitment process, procedures and policies.
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up-to-date, accurate and complies with regulations.
- Promote employer recruiting brand by using multi networks: Linkedin, Facebook, other social media networks and traditional networks.
- Build relationships with potential recruiting channels; manage relationships and contracts with the various recruitment channels.
- Initiate and support the on-boarding process for new talents from start to finish.
- Involve in other HR aspects as employee relations, labor contract, employee performance evaluation, training and other HR activities;
- Support other HR activities: teambuilding, monthly birthday, workshop or other activities; Play a key role in communicating and promoting the company culture.
- Monitor onboarding program to ensure all new hires are provided with onboarding program and understand company regulations. Review and update organization chart, job description, organization announcement, etc.
- Write notice to employee as assigned.
- Support on work permit process/ TRC as requested.
- Update new relative regulation & law timely for application & improvement.
- Survey policies of other companies, market tendency for reference and improvement internally.
- Ensure all Trade Union reports to authorities to be completed on time and other task from Trade union.
- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager or directly from BOM/ BOD.
Yêu cầu công việc
Educational background:
- College or University graduated; BA in Human Resources Management/Business Administration/ legal/ Linguistic.
Experiences:
- At least 3- 5 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of professionals; knowledgeable about construction/ real estate field is an advantage.
Skills required:
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam.
- Professional experience within international companies.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
