- Communicating with clients, meeting their demands and requirements via emails, chat or phone
- Elaborating tour programs according to clients’ requests and following the Sales Department procedures
- Building itinerary and quotation
- Co-operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and ensure the completion of the tour programs created
- Make plan of sales and marketing
- Carry out other tasks assigned by manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Degree in Tourism or Languages & International Studies.
- Have a wide knowledge, experience of products and itinerary for tours, hotels, destination, travel experience
- Responsible and reliable
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales tour inbound or related field
- Pro-active, team spirit, good organizational and problem solving skill
- Enthusiastic, active and open-minded
- Excellent in Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent four skill in English or Spanish, Germany
