[Recruitment in Laos] Finance Manager (Trading Company) - Salary Up to 1500 USD

- Manage Trade Instruments: Oversee letters of credit, bank guarantees, and documentary collections.

- Analyze Documentation: Review trade finance documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with internal teams and external banking partners.

- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with international trade transactions.

- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Support Teams: Provide expertise and guidance to sales and operations on trade finance matters.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial reports and transaction records.

- Process Optimization: Continuously improve trade finance processes and procedures.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

- Experience: 5-7 years in trade finance or a similar role.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in trade finance software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of international trade regulations and banking practices, including Incoterms.

- Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification: Economics, finance and banking, export and import

Working location: Vientiane, Laos. Domestic travelling and Oversea travelling are required. Travelling domestic and oversea is required.

Working time: from Monday to Saturday morning, from 8am to 5pm.
